Fountain Hills is a town in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA, neighboring the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and Scottsdale, AZ. The population is 24,669, as of the 2006 Census. It was the eighth fastest-growing place among cities and towns in Arizona between the 1990 and 2000 census. Goodyear Arizona was established in 1917 with the purchase of 16,000 acres of land by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company to cultivate cotton for vehicle tire threads. Goodyear became a town in November 1946 and reached city status in 1985.

In the 1980s, the remaining 10,000 acres of the original Goodyear Tire acreage was sold for development.

Rio Verde has a very high population of Africanized bees over half of our Call's to Rio Verde and far north Scottsdale are Africanized and tend to be well established by the time homeowners discover them. Most of the homes in Rio Verde are right in the middle of untamed desert leaving them open for all sorts of rodent, reptile and insect infestations and problems. Houses in Rio Verde may also be a little difficult to find at times but we have been servicing this area for years and know most the roads well.
